Suffolk Virginia Authors Festival's VIP reception tickets go on sale JANUARY 15, 2025. Please call or visit the Suffolk Visitor Center (open daily from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) at 524 North Main Street, Suffolk, VA 23434 or call 757-514-4130 to reserve your VIP reception ticket. VIP reception includes early access to festival, meet & greet with authors, VIP tote bag filled with author promo items and books, hors d'oeuvre, and specialty VIP ticket. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Tickets are limited!
11:30am - 12:45pm ~ VIP Meet & Greet Reception
The pre-festival VIP Reception will take place in the Speight Ballroom from 11:30am-12:45pm. This is your chance to mingle with the authors at a private reception before the festival kicks off! $30 per person. Limited to 50 tickets, first-come, first served. Advance tickets only, while supplies last.
